Jessica Williams is a Program and Policy Analyst for Job Service Bureau for the State of Wisconsin. She comes with over six years of experience working with at-risk youth, job seekers, employers, military members, and local entities revolved around the same goal, helping Wisconsin’s community.

Her past includes working with the Wisconsin Challenge Academy at Ft. McCoy positively changing lives of at-risk 16-18 year olds, the Job Connection Education Program (JCEP) & Wisconsin Employment Resource Connection (WERC) helping Service Members and their families find employment, and currently continues to serve as a Human Resources Manager for the United States Army Reserves.

She has held other various positions within Alverno College, The Children’s Hospital, Oshkosh Leach Amphitheater, and Japan’s USA Summer Camp where she was a crucial stepping stone to resources, marketing, events, and mentorship needed by the community.

Jessica is very excited to bring the hot topic of the ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC). It is a nationwide, verifiable credential, and an employment tool to assist job seekers with their career goals and employers with their job openings.
